The Science Behind Flash Nano
AW3 wanted to make use of the short-pulse laser when we designed this system. The reason for this is because for a given laser pulse energy, the shorter the pulse, the higher the peak laser power available.
Furthermore, lasers producing nanosecond pulses are the best type that is generally available for commercial use today, though it is still a rarity. However, the Flash Nano harbours this unique technology, hence its name, and it is one of our best pigment removal machines. It also employs the Q-Switching technique, which allows the laser to produce a high-intensity beam via a crystal medium known as ND YAG (an acronym for neodynium-doped yttrium aluminium garnet).
The Flash Nano contains 2 laser lamps with 2 crystals and emits energy at 2 wavelengths. This range means that all skin types and pigment colours can be treated, at fast speed and high power, to give your clients the best possible results.
