Product Description

Extended warranty is available to purchase within 7 days after your machine training. We reserve the right not to sell the extended warranty to anyone and have the right to cancel your transaction by notifying you within 10 days of purchase. You must keep your machine in it’s original foam padding and box during transit.

You can also buy the extended warranty up to 30 days before your warranty expire. However the machine needs to be returned to us for 48 hours inspection with an inspection fee.

Extended warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse of the product, postage costs or consumable items such as handles, holders, filters, stand, glasses etc…

We may offer extended warranty after 12 months, however your machine is required to come back to us for a service. This option is only available in certain countries, please enquire about your country.

Making a Claim: When you make a claim regarding mechanical or malfunction of the machine, our engineer will need to investigate and examine the issue via video or physically before we can confirm a validation.

For Customers outside of the UK, we only cover parts and support excluding postage or engineers’s labour. For UK customers, You can bring the machine to us or you must arrange your own courier. If you don’t know any local driver, we recommend visiting the website below where the driver will collect your machine aswell as returning your machine from us.

You must pack your machine in the original box and foam otherwise we will refuse to accept your machine. You can choose one of the service provided on the website below, we are not affiliate with these delivery companies nor we can recommend any services provided by them. Any delivery issue or in an unlikely event that there is damages in transit, you must take the enquiry directly with them. In our experience, major damage or loss caused during transit is under 1%
