Research, design and development take place in our UK factory where core components from leading brands such as Samsung, Dilas, Heraeus Germany, Mitsubishi Japan are being collaborated with AW3.

Due to many counterfeit machines which may look similar or even exactly the same as our product, It is sometime impossible to tell. The quality is usually very poor with incorrect specifications and potentially dangerous. As much as we would like to shut down these websites or sellers offering fake goods, sometime it is not possible to control this, especially if the country has a lenient copyright law.The Intellectual Property Office or IPO (formerly the Patent Office) is the government organisation that handles and processes Intellectual Property applications. IPO is responsible for granting applicants in the UK, European EPC channels and PCT (International patent cooperation treaty).Our products are trademarked and registered patented with the Intellectual Property body, who is responsible for granting the copyright. Over 20+ registration numbers can be provided on request once an order is purchased.

Our systems are European Standard and some are U.S FDA cleared. The quality of an approved system produces far better results, safety and compliance than an unknown system.

This means that our facility is involved in the design, production, installation and servicing of medical devices and related services.As an ISO 13485:2016 certified manufacturer, our state of the art facility must be able to demonstrate our quality management processes and ensure best practice in everything we do, in order to meet this highly regulated standard.

About the training

As much as it is important to have a great system, the training and technique itself is very important to achieve maximum results. With years of clinical trials, scientific research and development, we are able to pass on this experience to all our members. We are the people who train and qualify the colleges, hospitals, dentists, doctors and the aesthetic salons to use laser equipment and products.
